Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the SparqOmobile application, website, or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
4. Bookings & payments
SparqO acts as a platform connecting users to independently-operated car wash shops. When you book through the app:
- A booking is formed between you and the partner shop.
- Prices listed are set by the partner shop.
- You may pay online via Razorpay or at the shop, as offered.
- Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the slot are fully refundable. Later cancellations may be non-refundable at the shop's discretion.
5. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Create fake bookings or spam bookings.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the Service.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Shop services
Car wash services are provided by partner shops — not by SparqO. We verify and curate partners, but we are not responsible for the specific quality of each wash. If you have a grievance, please contact us and we'll help resolve it with the shop.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by SparqO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparqO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
