Open the app, allow location access, browse nearby shops, pick a slot, choose your services, and confirm. You'll get a booking confirmation and can track the status in real time.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel from the booking details screen. Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the slot are fully refundable to your original payment method.

Do I have to pay online?

No. You can choose to pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or pay at the shop after your wash is complete.

Absolutely. Payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers.
